    Nights of the Jack is Halloween fun for everyone. Spooky but never scary, kids will love our enchanted renditions of their favorite characters in pumpkin-form.

    It can get chilly in Santa Paula in
    October and some of the ghost stories are told outside so you will want to bring a sweater or light coat. 

     

  4. SPOOKY ZOO – SANTA BARBARA

    Grab your costumes and head to the Zoo for an outdoor Halloween spell-ebration! Discover frightfully fun decor and photo opps, all while visiting your favorite animals. Tasty treats and booo-zy adult beverages are available for purchase.

Located within the gated, safe and secure “neighborhood” of Heritage Square Museum, Cemetery Lane features 13 themed trick-r-treat stops and other surprises for kids of all ages.

  9. HAUNT’OWEEN LA – An Immersive Halloween Experience
    October 1st to October 31st, 2021

    An Immersive family friendly playground of Halloween adventures and fun! For 31 days we welcome families to interact and engage with EVERYTHING Halloween has to offer all in one place; pumpkin picking and carving, trick or treating, face painting, performances, games, food trucks and so much more!

  10. SEASIDE KIDS TRICK OR TREATING -Ventura Harbor
    October 31, 2021  12PM – 2PMDress up the kids and navigate through the waterfront village with treat stops at participating Harbor boutiques and restaurants on Halloween Day (Sunday, October 31) from noon to 2pm. It will be an afternoon full of Halloween sweets, face painting, fortune telling, and family fun! Please bring your own bag (but we’ll have extra in case you forget)!
  11. HAUNTED HIGH STREET – Moorpark
    October 31, 2021  4PM – 7PWe will have dozens of opportunities for children to collect Halloween candy!  Our Trunk-or-Treat features decorated vehicles full of candy and small prizes from our awesome local businesses.
  12. “BOO AT THE ZOO” – America’s Teaching Zoo
    October 30 – 31, 2021Trick and Treat your self with a day full of fun. Lift your spirits with activities for kids of all ages and animals that are too cute to spook! Animal Shows and Meet & Greets are presented by the students of the Exotic Animal and Training Management Program and feature the Animal Ambassadors of America’s Teaching Zoo.   Let’s have some skele-fun!
  13. SEASIDE SKELETON HUNT – Ventura Harbor
    October 30 – October 31, 2021Several skeletons have escaped and are on the loose in the Village – find all of them and take photos for a chance to win a Halloween prize pack from Ventura Harbor Village.  Costumes are welcomed and encouraged to add to the festive fun.
  14. HOWL-O-WEEN DOG COSTUME CONTEST
    October 30, 2021 Contest begins at 12:30PMDo you have a fun Halloween costume lined up for your pup? Get your furry friend all dressed up and enter the 9th annual HOWL-O-WEEN Dog Costume contest in person at Ventura Harbor Harbor Village.

  17. ZOMBIE HUNTER TRAIL – PAINTBALL EVENT
    Every Friday and Saturday in October

    Ages 6+
    *Please bring a flashlight with you. Join us through the battle grounds of the Zombie Apocalypse every Friday and Saturday in October! You will be armed with a paintball gun loaded with Zombie flesh eating toxic paintballs. Help beat back the attacking zombies and return the un-dead to the dead! Help save humanity!
