3rd Annual Mental Health Awareness Community Playdate

We are thrilled to announce the return of our much-anticipated annual Mental Health Community Playdate, now in its 3rd year! This year, we are taking the experience to new heights by introducing the Zones of Wellness (ZOW) to the heart of Thousand Oaks and its surrounding communities. Following the resounding success at Oxnard College Park in 2023, we can’t wait to bring this transformative event to Conejo Creek North Park.

1. Wellness Exploration: Dive into the Zones of Wellness (ZOW) experience, designed to cater to various aspects of mental health. Join us as we transform the park into vibrant zones where you can explore hands-on activities in art, music, mindfulness, fitness, play, nature, animal therapy, and so much more!

2. Community Collaboration: Join hands with exceptional community partners who will be present to share valuable information about the services they offer. It’s a chance to learn, connect, and strengthen each other on our wellness journeys.

3. Outdoor Shopping Market: Indulge in a unique outdoor shopping experience featuring fantastic small business vendors. Discover wellness products, artisan crafts, and more, all while supporting local entrepreneurs.

4. Silent Auction: Prepare for an out-of-this-world silent auction with items that will capture your imagination. Bid on exclusive experiences and items, all for a good cause.

5. Special Star Wars Day Celebration: May the 4th be with you! In celebration of Star Wars Day, expect some special visitors from a galaxy far, far away. Join us for themed activities and surprises that will add an extra layer of fun to your day.
