Come celebrate Halloween with your favorite witches and support Ventura County Foster Youth! Hosted by Friends of CASA, the event includes festive spirits, sweets, and tasty treats. There will be a tarot card reader, a silent auction, and a costume contest (wear your favorite witch attire!)
