Women’s Self Love + Healing Night

Our next Women’s self love + healing night is August 24th. These evenings have been so beautiful with the lovely souls that attend them. We start with some intention setting, meditation, opening up our heart to receive, letting go of that which does not serve us. Then moving into some gentle yoga. After that @breathewithjanine leads us in an incredible breathwork journey, then I bring us out of it with some sound healing and end with a chakra clearing.
