Woodworkers Retreat Youth Summer Program

Our program is designed to foster creativity, build confidence, and instill a love for woodworking that will last a lifetime. Each child will leave with a sense of accomplishment and a collection of projects they can proudly display. Join us for a memorable summer experience full of learning, creativity, and fun!

This program is a three-day class, with each day lasting approximately 5 hours. A 45-minute lunch break is included daily, so please remember to pack a lunch.

• Day 1: Introduction to woodworking tools and safety, followed by the creation of a simple, personalized project to get everyone comfortable with basic techniques.

• Day 2: Building on the skills learned, children will tackle a more complex project, encouraging creativity and precision. This day focuses on developing measuring, cutting, and assembling skills.

• Day 3: The final day will see the completion of a unique, take-home project that incorporates all the skills learned over the program. Children will also have the opportunity to showcase their work and celebrate their achievements with new friends.
