It’s late Summer… super HOT, and the kids are extra snacky and getting really bored! Get them in the kitchen STAT and make some cold healthy, summer treats together!

I’m sharing some really fun, yummy, and healthier recipes to keep you and your family cool and satisfy your sweet tooth. These treats all take less than 15 minutes to make (minus freezing time) and have less than 5 ingredients. All are gluten free and refined sugar-free, and can be made dairy free. They are MUCH more nutritious than the store-bought alternatives and are naturally sweetened, so you can feel confident about sharing these fruit-forward summer sweets with your whole family.

Fruit is great to focus on, especially in the summer due to the minerals and water content that helps to keep us hydrated and energized.
